How do I access the CBTAP Web Survey?

The URL for the Web Survey is https://cbtap.state.nv.us/. You will not be able to access this site without an authorized user account and password. If you do not have a user account and password, please contact your agency CBTAP coordinator. 

Why don’t my changes appear on my Agency Outline?

After you add or edit CBTAP information, you must refresh the webpage to see the changes in the Agency Outline. Just click on the Update Outline button, and the web page will get the most recent information from the database. 

Is my CBTAP data safe and secure?

Yes, your CBTAP data is on a secure web server hosted by DoIT and protected behind the state firewall. The web server encrypts the information moving between your browser and the server. In addition, your information is backed up on a nightly basis. 

My agency is not listed in the CBTAP Agency List. Can I add it?

Yes; contact your CBTAP coordinator or the DoIT Office of Information Security. They can work with the CBTAP system administrators to get your agency added.

Is there any user documentation for CBTAP?

The CBTAP user guide and examples are located on the CBTAP website.. You can also access online help from the CBTAP Web Survey.
