The Facility is staffed 24x7x52. Our computer operators provide the first line of defense for any system interruption, regardless of platform, and have contacts for second level support in each functional area.

HVAC
 

 There has been significant investment in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. In spite of having a very reliable infrastructure, on-going investment occurs to increase overall reliability and redundancy within the system, while at the same time attempting to reduce overall cost to the end user.

Electrical
 

 All critical loads (everything in the computer and communications rooms) are on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) power. The UPS provides sufficient power to enable switchover from the Sierra Pacific power grid to our Diesel Generator which has capacity to support all the building systems and infrastructure.

Security
 

 The Computer Facility has policies, procedures and systems in place to secure the building from both the physical and cyber threats.
