The State Operators set up conference calls for State Agencies.  They can be reached at the numbers below.

                                                Conference Calling

Conference calls can be made in three ways.

1.  Anyone on the State Telephone System can conference up to 6 conferees depending on the system & features from their own telephone.

2.  The State Operators can help you establish a conference call with up to 40 conferees, depending upon availability. To schedule, call the state operators at either 775.684.1000 (North) 702.486.3000 (South) and ask to schedule a conference. This service is no cost to state agencies on the State Switch.

3.  A conference call service is available through AT&T Long Distance that provides on-demand audio conferencing up to 125 participants. Agencies are billed directly from AT&T for these charges. For more information call Johanna Moffett at 360-882-9065 or email at johannamoffett@att.com.
