The Planning unit assists agencies
in planning for information
technology (IT) and assists them in
evaluating and acquiring cost
estimates for IT alternatives. The
unit provides guidance and technical
assistance in completing appropriate
IT budget request forms for projects,
the Technology Investment Request (TIR).
