workshops covering the FY12-13
changes to the TIR form and
process are being held during
the fall and winter, starting at
the end of October 2009. Classes
are available from the end of
October through December. They
can be scheduled in NEATS. These
two hour workshops will cover
changes, including

(TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI)
based on your input.

Requirements Matrix that
dovetails with the Requirements

evaluating Risks and
Non-Financial Benefits
• A new
Cost/Benefit Analysis
