DoIT’s Personnel Unit is comprised of the Personnel Analyst and the Personnel Technician.  The personnel services provided include, advice to management on legality, equality, and employee relations, coordination of recruitment and selection activities, monitoring classification appropriateness, personnel records processing and maintenance and payroll functions. 

All personnel staff are responsible for providing these services in accordance with relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies, most notably Chapter 284 of both the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Rules for Personnel Administration.
